· shipping costs;

· total amount to pay.

No additional costs not clearly communicated before order confirmation will be requested.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Applicable shipping costs are:

· orders equal to or greater than €150: free standard shipping;

· orders less than €150: fixed shipping cost of €15.

When a refund is due according to the applicable policy, the amount is returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.

The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on the payment circuit or the customer's banking institution.
